4:00 PM - 4:30 PM: Arrival & Networking

Grab a drink, meet fellow attendees, and settle in. This is your chance to make connections before diving into the structured feedback sessions.

4:30 PM - 4:40 PM: Welcome & Group Formation

Our host will welcome everyone and guide you to your assigned tables. Seating is strategically arranged based on your registration responses to ensure you're matched with people who can offer the most valuable perspectives for your idea.

4:40 PM - 5:40 PM: Feedback Rounds

Four people per table. Each person gets 15 minutes to present their idea and receive feedback from the group.

We suggest a 5-minute overview of your idea followed by 10 minutes of questions, validation, and diverse perspectives, but how you use your time is entirely up to you.

5:40 PM - 5:50 PM: Wrap-Up
